COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Macro Sensors HSAR-750-3000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitutoyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mercury parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Motion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitutoyo such as the AT21500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the verado manufactured by Mercury and we are pleased to be able to service most Mercury systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F025S113CIAUEZZZZ by Manufacturer Micro-Motion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microscan Brand fis65000004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Measurements such as EA06500BH120 equipment made by Micro-Measurements have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Measurements products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Measurements" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TTSC1U0265 made by Mts as well as the popular 050602105D0 original spares produced by Milltronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RFT9739D by Micro-Motion and EA06500BH120 spares by Micro-Measurements are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CMF025M314 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion. |
